These terms ("terms") apply when you use bobs.company ("the site") and the services Bobs Company ("Bobs", "we", "us") offers through it. By using the site or booking a consultation you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The site describes what we do — sprint-based AI enablement deployed within 72 hours — and lets you book a free consultation at /en/book. The site is not a binding offer. Nothing on it constitutes legal, financial, or technical advice until we have signed a separate engagement agreement with you.
When you book a consultation you submit your name, email address, and an optional message. We use that data to schedule and prepare the call — see the privacy policy.
A consultation is a non-binding conversation. It creates no delivery obligation, no contract, and no cost — for you or for us. Either side can cancel or end the call at any time without cause.
If, after the consultation, we agree to run a sprint, the delivery is governed by a separate written engagement agreement. That agreement sets scope, price, timing, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability for that engagement. These terms do not govern the delivery itself.
All content on the site — text, layout, graphics, logo, code — belongs to Bobs Company or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, rework, or use the content commercially without our written permission.
When you use the site you must not:

The site is hosted on Vercel, stores bookings in Supabase Postgres, and posts internal notifications to Discord. When you book, your data passes through these providers as data processors. Details in the privacy policy.
The site is provided "as is". We make a real effort to keep it up and the content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or that the information is always complete. External links lead to third parties we do not control.
Bobs is not liable for indirect damages — for example lost profit, lost data, or business interruption — arising from use of the site, to the extent allowed by mandatory law.
We are not liable for outages or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control — for example provider outages, internet disruption, or government action.
We may update these terms. When we do we change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes get a notice on the home page for at least 14 days. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved through conversation. If that fails, they are settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction, with Stockholms tingsrätt as the court of first instance.
