We AI enable companies. Whatever you do on a computer, we can connect AI to — your CRM, your invoicing system, your calendar, your email, your internal tools. We deliver in sprints: scope a workflow, build the integration, deploy. Your assistant goes from a smart sounding chatbox to something that talks to your actual business. Most customers start with a single 4 hour sprint and add more as they see what AI can take off their plate.
72 hours from scope to deployed. The first sprint is deliberately small — a few hours of build time — so we can prove the value before you've committed to anything bigger. The 30 minute consultation comes first, then a one page sprint brief, then your AI is talking to one of your systems by Thursday. The only thing we need from you is access.
If it has an API or runs in a browser, we can probably wire AI to it. Common first sprints: a CRM (we've shipped Notyfile, HubSpot patterns), invoicing (Fortnox), calendar and email (Gmail, Google Calendar), booking systems, internal databases, plus collaboration tools like Slack, Discord, and GitHub. We build the integration as MCP tools, so it works with whichever AI subscription your team already pays for — ChatGPT, Claude, whatever.
Most AI consulting is six months of scoping followed by a fixed price gamble on assumptions nobody's tested. We sell the opposite: a four hour sprint, deployed in 72 hours, billed by the hour. You learn what AI can actually do for your team before writing a big cheque, and you can stop after the first sprint with nothing tying you in. If sprint one is wrong, sprint two is cheap to redirect.
You can — those are decent DIY platforms. The split is roughly: platforms hand you a UI to configure, we hand you a working integration and run it for you. If you have an engineer who wants to own the agent's lifecycle, a platform fits. If you'd rather have someone show up, ship the integration in 72 hours, and walk away with no ongoing maintenance owner inside your company, that's us. Most of our clients tried a platform first.
A bob is the premium tier — an autonomous AI agent with its own identity, its own credentials, its own machine, running 24/7 like an independent employee. We don't lead with bobs because they only make sense once your team is already AI enabled (Layer 1) and producing more work than humans can prompt manually. By then bobs are an obvious upgrade. Until then, sprint based personal AI is the right entry point.
Because operating an autonomous AI agent is a separate job from building one. Models drift, APIs deprecate, prompts age, tools change shape. Most DIY teams end up with one engineer babysitting the agent and the agent slowly stops working as advertised.
