Privacy Policy

Bobs Company ("Bobs", "we", "us") operates bobs.company. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

The only personal data we collect through this site is what you submit through the consultation booking form on /en/book:

• Your name
• Your email address
• An optional message describing what you'd like to discuss

We don't collect anything when you simply browse the site. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you opt in to analytics via the cookie banner, we'll collect anonymous usage data — details on the Cookie Policy.

Why we collect it

• To schedule and confirm your consultation
• To email you a calendar invite
• To prepare for the conversation if you described what you want to discuss

The lawful basis is performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Where it's stored

When you submit the booking form, the data is stored in our Supabase Postgres database. A summary (name, email, time, optional message) is also posted to our internal Discord channel so the team gets notified.

Our infrastructure providers act as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and serverless functions
• Supabase Inc. — managed Postgres database
• Discord Inc. — internal notification channel

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as the relationship is active and for up to 24 months after our last interaction, after which we delete them — unless we're required to keep them for legal reasons (e.g. tax records).

Who has access

Only the small operations team at Bobs Company. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectify — correct inaccurate data
• Erase — request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object — limit how we use your data
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Complain — to your local data protection authority. In Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.

Cookies and local storage

We use a tiny bit of browser storage to remember your cookie consent choice. The site theme tracks your operating system's light/dark setting directly, so there's nothing to remember for that. We don't load analytics or any third-party script unless you've opted in. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.

Changes

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top whenever we change this policy. Material changes get a notice on the homepage for at least 14 days.
